7 chi keys was my first worshop with Sherril, and it will not be my last! Sherril brought a refreshing energy and presence into the classroom, and her knowledge extended far beyond the course material; knowledge she was only too pleased to pass on. Sherril tailored the workshop to our needs – in time, in material and in the delivery.
The tools we learnt and practiced on each other were fabulous. I personally experienced some wonderful changes in myself: a particular task that used to aggravate me, I now carry out without any stress whatsoever, thanks to detachment from the circumstance surrounding this task – and that was an instant benefit arising from a crystal chakra balance I had in class.
I would recommend this course to anyone interested in the chakra system and acupressure, with or without prior training. Even the novice walks away a more balanced being, with a “box of tools” to use on themselves, family and friends.
